DIY Paper Rosette Decorations for Halloween can be made in a few steps.
1) Using our paper Rosette tutorial (here) create different sizes you would prefer.
2) Glue rosette shapes on top of each other to create a layered rosette.
3) Using our paper Halloween shapes (here), glue them onto the paper rosette shapes you made or assemble onto thread so they hang down the wall. When using shapes on top of the circles, we recommend to go 1 size smaller than the circle size. Example: 3 inch solid center circle - use a 2 inch size Halloween shape.
