RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Please note that all orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee -
- Orders returned showing use, opened or damage are non-refundable -
- Returns - All returns must be made within 7 days of the tracking delivery confirmation and have both the authorization code & return slip included. There is a limited return time frame due to being able to order samples prior to ordering a full batch of products. Please allow a few days for us to receive and then review the return. It is recommended when returning the products to include tracking for proof of return & delivery back to us.
- Authorization Code - Contact us at: email@example.com to obtain your authorization code and if needing to print another return slip. The code must be included on your return slip when returning items as part of the refund review process. Further instructions will be included on the return slip included with the order package.
- Exchanges - Exchanges are not an available option. Samples and single items can be ordered if needing to test a product or see the physical item, prior to ordering a full batch. The original order would need to be returned and a new order placed for the needed items.
- Refunds - Shipping charges are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. After the package has been received back to the approved return address, the review process will take place. After review, refunds will be based on the products that qualify for refunds.
- Non-Refundable Items (including but not limited to the following)
- Products returned outside of the allowed time frame
- Products returned without both the authorization code & return slip.
- Damaged, Opened &/or Used Products
- Custom Products
- Shipping Costs
Returned products must be in or with their original packaging and undamaged. Products that show use or damage are non-refundable.
Clearance items are non-refundable and considered final sales "as-is". No returns or refunds on these products.

Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the cancellation request, note your order number in the subject line of the email so we can locate the order being inquired about. Without your order number, we may not be able to complete the request. See below for additional details.
1) If needing to cancel your order, we accept full refund cancellations if the request is made within 24 hours or the original purchase. There will be no re-stock fee applied if the cancellation is requested during this time frame.
2) If cancelling your order after 24 hours and prior to shipping, 15% of the product cost is non-refundable due to a restock fee. The shipping costs and remaining order amount is refundable.
3) Once an order is shipped, a cancellation request can not be completed. Please see the returns & refunds for further information.
