Damaged Goods/Lost Package
- Lost Package - In the event you feel your package is considered "lost", please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. We will further look into the status of your package and email you back. Majority of emails will be responded to within 24 - 48 hours except on the weekends.
- Damaged Package - We must be contacted within 7 days of the tracking delivery confirmation to assist with damaged packages & items. Picture proof of the package and items will be required for damage/defective products. This is to assist with filing a claim if your package has insurance on it. Please contact us at: email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. Majority of emails will be responded to within 24 - 48 hours except on the weekends.
- Package Shows Delivered But Have Not Received It - On rare occasions this does happen.
- Package might have been placed in the wrong mail box, such as a neighbors. We do not recommend checking with neighbors unless comfortably, legally and safely doing so.
- Another individual may have accepted the package at the "ship to" address, but forgot to mention it to the noted name on the package. For example the receptionist, front desk, family member, other member of the household, ect.
- Providing the wrong address when placing the initial order. We ship to the address noted on your order.
- Contacting your local post office might also assist with helping locate where the driver delivered the package. Contact numbers for local branches can be found here: https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm?
Lost packages and/or packages that have been damaged during delivery may qualify for a claim to be processed with the mail service carrier. This process sometimes can take up to 30 days. Packages with a product value (not including shipping cost) of $50 USD or more will have insurance coverage. If the package shows delivered, refunds can not be issued until claims for lost/damaged items are processed and determined refundable after investigation.
Damaged products due to direct abuse or misuse (not of the mail carrier) will not be accepted in order to receive a refund or replacement. A picture of the packaging & items may be required for review. Determination of misuse or abuse is made by Gift Bag Time Supply LLC.
